Greetings
As you are aware, our fine Inn is (always) under construction.  The Dwarves and Gnomes are quite busy with their respective tasks, and while we have a table or two available, service is likely to be catch-as-catch-can.

Danceil is our serving girl (a feast to the eyes, but substantial tipping is required to get her attention), Sable is our Harper and story-teller (another fine lady, whose dark appearance belies her generous heart), Morlin is our resident expert on perilous travel through the realms and a collector of lore (he can be found at The Forge in the Forest)...while I am Dylan, the Sleeping Fox, and owner of this soon to be fine inn.

Would that we had better accommodations, but little is finished.  If you linger for a bit, you can occasionally overhear the Dwarves speak of tales of the deep places and the songs of gold.  Danceil can relate any rumors or tales, but Sable is the Mistress of Song around here.  If you want to know about the Dark Castle nearby...ask Morlin.

As you can see, we have left a candle in the window (or what passes for an unfinished window...a hole in the wall.) so you can find your way home.   Hopefully, our craftsmen will continue in their efforts and we shall share a round of drinks, a trencher of fine food, and a rousing tale or song.  Until then...may you always find shade and water.

-Dylan

The Road goes ever on and on
Out from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
Let others follow it who can!
Let them a journey new begin,
But I at last with weary feet
Will turn towards the lighted inn,
My evening-rest and sleep to meet.
